Three Tips to Maximize Your Mornings

I’ve been writing a book for the past 4 years and made a huge leap this week! Woohoo!

I arranged for my sister, a book editor, to come for a visit with the intention of taking 3-days to help me review and update my book so that I can complete it.

This book has been on my mind as something to complete, but it took a back seat to family, moving and changing priorities. The interesting thing is that I had been thinking that it was time to revisit my book and my sister called to share that she had this feeling that the book needed to be completed this year. We both had this strong, intuitive feeling at the same time!

Have you ever felt a nudge to do something, and you received confirmation from the Universe?

I heeded the call and worked things out so that I was able to easily clear my schedule and embark on a 3-day book writing retreat. I’m excited to share that my sister and I were able to make major headway with updating and reshaping my book, which is more than halfway complete.

Have you ever followed a hunch and a path naturally opened up so that things could move?

The moral of the story is the following:

  • If you’re feeling a repeated calling or urge to do something, then it’s probably the Universe and/or your higher power encouraging you.
  • There is power in having a supportive partner, coach or accountability buddy to assist you with following through on a big action step or with taking a big leap that moves you forward.
