This is going to shock you… seriously!

“I can’t believe how quickly the time flew by!”

I hear this statement all the time so I decided to do some research to find out how most people spend their time. I could not believe what I came across…

Did you know that the average person spends 4 hours and 46 minutes per day in front of the TV? This does not include the daily screen time we average on our smartphones, which is 2 hours and 14 minutes, or our tablets/computers, which averages 44 minutes per day (The Nielsen Total Audience Report: Q1 2018).

Wait… What??!

Yep!! So, even if you are multitasking in front of the TV with your smartphone, you are still averaging anywhere between 5-8 hours of screen time every day!

Crazy, right?!!

Remember these statistics when you want to create extra time to finish your work, have quality time with your family, make more money, go to the gym or create healthy meals.

What is a small adjustment that you can make today to gain more free time in your day?

Today, I am going to put my phone down when my daughter gets home from school 🙂

Comment below and tell me what small change you are willing to make to gain more free time today!
